This being a day for Equity business the Court heard a few motions, and then, as had been previously settled, proceeded in the business of the Session.

After some time spent in getting together a Jury, a Brahmin named Puddalochun Bannajee was put to the Bar, being one of the persons indicted on the presentment of the Grand Jury
