On Friday last I was not in Court but came to the Court House just at Ten o’Clock immediately after the Court, at which only Sir E. Impey was present rose. Sir E. Impey told me there was nothing of importance done that day; on Saturday Impey and I were present but nothing of consequence was done: and to day nothing of consequence was moved.
