Receive into your custody the Body of Saum Shaw herewith sent you he being charged before me on the oath of William Williams and on his own examination on suspicion of having stolen a Gold Watch the property of Captain Fairful and Him the said Saum Shaw safely keep for further examination and untill he shall be discharged by due course of Law.
