A Demurrer.
Trespass Vi et Armis, for breaking and entering the Close of the Plaintiff and pulling down Houses, and doing other Injuries, at Kidder-pore.
Mr. Newman. I take no objection to the form of the Plea, but rely on the General Demurrer, by which I am intituled to take advantage of any defect in Law or Substance.
