That he was imposed upon by the agents of Ramsunder, when he executed the bond, & was told that no qu betw him & Ramsunder was the subject thereof.

This might have been pleaded at law if true & Courts of Equity do not readily admit that to be urged in Equity to set aside Jt at Law which might have
