I am Dep. Pers. Intr to the G.G in Council. Looking at Exh G & the seal, “I was for some time acting Collr of Nuddea & to my recollection this is the psian Seal which I used in that office. It contains the Company’s psian title & the words Okra &tc the name by which psian writings Nuddea & its dependencies are called
