A wood mt at Baliagant – Ramlochurn (now Deft) came with a peon & pointed out the boundaries of the land, pruchd by Plf at the Sale called Dubicoreeah mauty & anotr piece near Gopal’s tank and then Ramloch ordered the peon to point out the rest. There were no Raiots on the ground.

Proves Deft Ramlochun subjt to the Jurisd Plf & Deft were at Soorah 15 mo ago in Joisty & Deft pointed out the ground to Plf. He pointed out a piece of ground of 100 or 110 Begahs.

X examd he says there was another piece of ground, which Deft bid a peon deliver saying You know the [ill] &c
