Decretal Order
Decreed that the Master do take an account of the money due for principal and Interest on the Mortgage of 6th November 1774 executed by Defendant for CRs 8,189.9.6 with interest at ten percent per Annum; also of the principal and Interest due on a Mortgage of pledge of four E. I. Company’s Bonds pledged by Deed of 16th June 1783, for payment of 22,596 Currt Rs & Interest at 10 per Cent per Annum; Also of the Principal and Interest due on the Mortgage of two houses by Deed of the same date, for 30,000 CRs & Interest at 10 perCent per Annum and report to the Court, on or before the 1st day of December next, what shall spear due on each of the several Mortgages, and apply for further directions; and that the Master be at liberty to examine such Witnesses as may be produced to him, to prove the several sums due from defendant, on account of such principal and Interest.
