Mr. Cassan, who is of counsel for the Plf in the equity suit in which Modun Gopaul Bose is Complaint and J. Richardson, Sassaram Dass & others are Defendants, having yesterday expressed much dissatisfaction that the hearing of that cause should be deferred till Thursday next. Mr. Martyn, on whose account it had been deferred, this morning informed the Court (before I came upon the Bench) that he had last night perused his Brief and the papers in the Cause, & was prepared for the hearing. Accordingly the following cause is now heard.
