Rada Kissen Dutt advised me to go to Mr. Tolfrey’s, I sign’d in all three papers, One was in Mr. Tolfrey’s house, where the other two were sign’d I do not remember. Ram Cunt is the writer, now you name him I remember. I am not certain whether it was at Mr. Tolfrey’s house, or at Gopee’s but I believe at Mr. Tolfrey’s.
