Defendants do make good any deficiency that may be in the produce of the said Premises. That the Bill of Complaint be dismissed with costs as to the Defendant John Richardson and, that an Injunction do issue to the Defendant Ducory Bose to restrain him from proceeding at Law or in Equity against the Complainant for or on account of the Premises in Questions – that the Costs of the Complainant in this cause be paid by the Defendants Sissooram Dass, Monick Doss & Neelmoney Doss.
