An attempt has bn made to deprive us of a part of what we claim, because we only claim the profit of providg & geedg the Cattle which does not include Elephants & Camels, but Deft’s bills shew that they are included as well as Bullocks.

Since the Plf’s right is made out to the employmt let us see wr as is asserted
