The Case proved by Plf is that Ramkissore, 2 Jugul Kissore, & 3 Ramhurry were 3 brots of an undivided family, that 2d and 3d with their mother went and lived separate from Ramkissore, their mother going with them; that after this, & while the 2d and 3d lived togr the land in question was bot by them, (the contract made wth 2d the money paid by the 3d)
