I will look in my Note Books for the Case of Stewart v Auriol and will send to you as soon as I can to day or to morrow what I can find, but I believe You have the Reports of the Committee of the House of Commons in 1782, 83 compleat, and among the other enormities committed by the Court is the horrible crime of giving a Judgment against Mr. Auriol for receiving the Salary of an Office which the Majority of the Court thought
