As it appeared that no indictment for any capital offence wd now be tried, Mr. Just: Hyde & Mr. Just: Chambers went home; and the following indictment was tried before Sir Williams Jones Mr. Justice Hyde viz
The King agt Rammohan, Ramtonu and Ramseren for Grand Larceny Rammohan pleads
Ramtonu and Ramseren, found guilty but of Petty Larceny only

No civil business.
