Motte next day if he did not repair it. Capt. Crawford was first on board about Twelve. He return’d about three on board again. About Six o’Clock in the Evening the deceased drank water. I ask’d the Prisoner if he might have water, and he said yes. He continued tied at the time he drank the water with his hands up. Capt. Crawford said he did not think he could send him that day, because it was Sunday.
