The Exhibit B, the Bond charged to by forged shewn to him. My name is here as a Witness, but it is not my writing. I saw this bond before in the presence of Sir Wm Jones. I do not remember whether the Prisoner said then, that I was a Witness, but I know Sir Wm Jones ask’d me if it was my writing, and I then told him as I say now that it was my name but it was not written by me. I never saw that
