Banchut & seized my hair. He pulled my hair & then I pulled him, & while we were doing so the people came & parted us. I don’t know all who parted us, the two witnesses & sevl other persons were among them.
I don’t know how the deced came by his death.
There were two Khalassies & a Tendah who might have been wtses for me, but they are gone to Dainapoor.

The jury, being in doubt or divided, went out to deliberate on their verdict, & continued inclosed a long time; some of them probably thinking that Gul Mahommed should [ILL] have been convicted of Manslaughter. At length however they agreed and found both the prisoner Not Guilty
