This Veranda into the Hall, and there are two rooms, on each side of the Hall, that is East on the right Hand of the Hall, and West on the Left Hand of the Hall, and South, there is an enclosed Veranda, to which you go through the Hall.

I saw Biram Chowdry at Serampore. He said he was confined but I did not see he was. I asked Mr. Balfield the Jemmatdar, and he said a Man of suspicious character had arrived, and he had given him in charge to some Peons. He said he was the brother of a Man executed for a Robberry. I desired
