said other days and times there to be and remain playing for money at unlawful Games Artifices and Practices with Cowries and laying wagers with each other relating to the throwing the Cowries & otherwise misbehaving themselves unlawfully and wilfully did permit and yet do permit to the great Damage and Nuisance of all the Subjects of our said Lord the King and against the peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity. And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do further present that the said Goordial Sunker Mistree and Oocur Sain are persons [ILL] subject to the Jurisdiction of this Court by having committed the Offence aforesaid within the Town of Calcutta & Factory of Fort William in the Province aforesaid.
Oocur Sain one of the the Defts not being custody, nor having appeared, the other 2, Goordial, and Sunker, are now arraigned and plead Not Guilty. Whereupon
