Him. It is like Mr. Foote’s case [in a Farce] the Man is indicted for committing Perjury, he says your charge me with Perjury then, the Perjury is committed now, I must be acquitted. I should if time had allowed have used the remedy Mr. Foote advises, and said they have conspired “now and then” as he says committed Perjury “now and then.”
If You think Ramnarain only for kindness assisted in the Action then you will of course acquit him.
