name and fame and dishonest conversation to frequent and come together then and there did encourage cause and procure, and yet doth encourage cause & procure, and the said Persons in such Hosue as aforesaid he the said Ramlochurn Munshee under the Colour and Pretence aforesaid at unlawful times as well in the night as in the day time then & there to be and remain playing for money at unlawful Games Artificies Devices and Practices with Cowries, and laying Wagers with each other relating to the trwoing the Cowries and otherwise misbehaving themselves unlawfully and wilfully did permit, pretend to authorize, encourage and protest, and yet doth permit, pretend to authorize, encourage and protect, to the great damages and nuisance of all the subjects of our said Lord the King to the evil example of all others in the like case offending and against the peace of our said Lord the King his Crown and Dignity.
