It is not as the Witness swore, an open Terrace.

Mr. Swinhoe is now called, he is a Witness of a very different complexion from those before produced. If there was any thing wrong in this Cause, I am convinced he knew nothing of it.

At 1°:24’ Sir Robert Chambers had stated the Evidence as far as page 100, in his Book: the written narrative of RamCuntdoss, produced at the Trial of the Cause July 3rd, 1780.

I think you will find Mr. Motte’s Evidence a sufficient contradiction to this.
