He having each day during the Trial surrendered in discharge of his Recognizance, and of his securities.
Harry Startk Esq., The deputy Sheriff was strongly solicited by Ramnarain Misser not to put him in the Prison, but to keep him in some other place, but I told mr. G. Wroughton, who asked me for Mr. Start, that I thought he could not lawfully let him remain out of the Prison.
