Mr. Ledlie moved to [ILL] abs: a Rx nisi for dissolving an Injon, which was made on the 11th of Decr for shewing cause on the 8th of Jany.
Mr. Davies shew’d for cause that the answer was filed in vacation, that the Excons not coming in within 6 days this Rx was obtained, - but on the 8th of January Mr. Davies moved for & obtained leave to file Excons mine pro tune, & they were accordgly filed on the 10th instant.
Rx discharged.
