Gaming House will be Indictable.
That Goordial was acquitted can make no part of the Ground, of the present argument.
This Argument must depend solely on the words of the Indictment, if they are sufficient the Judgment must follow the Verdict of the Jury.
The Gentlemen who have argued this Motion on the part of the Defendant, have relied wholy on the introductory part of the Indictment which is but inducement, and therefore need not shew that Goordial did in fact keep a Gaming
