The Judgment in this Court for John Gow, the Plaintiff in the Cause was Oct. 23d 1786; and the Affirmance of it in the Court of Appeal before His Majesty in his most Honourable Privy Council, was June 25th 1788.
The Judgment here was for about Four Thousand Rupees, and it was affirm’d with Thirty Pounds Costs. It must certainly have Cost the Respondent much more than Thirty Pounds, to obtain the affirmance of the Judgment of this Court, by his Majesty in his most Honourable Privy Council, sitting as a Court of Appeal, which is commonly
