Cornyns [or Comyns] cites Staundford, for the same Doctrine.
If the day of the Month be named without the year, it is not good.
If this Indictment, if there is a material Fact, the filing of the Plaint is such, and yet that is alledged to be on the 7th of March without naming year.
Now I will proceed on my 3rd Objection.
The Indictment is but one Count in a part it is wholy unintelligible.
That an Indictment ought to be certain, is a principle
