reported that no alteration in the Roll of Attornies had happen’d since the first day of the late Term, except the Death of Mr. William Martin, who it was known had died on the Voyage before he arrived in England, and Administration of his Estate in Bengal had been Granted by this Court to Mr. Benjamin Turner.
Before Sir Robert Chambers came a few Motions were made, and among them One in the Ecclesiastical Court.
