Mr. Davies. Advocate for the Plaintiff.
Says, The Plaintiff is a Greek of a Noble Family of One of the Greek Islands. He had been long settled and carrying on Trade in this Town, and is as much intitled to protection as any British Born Subject. The Court did not think it too high Damages to give to The Reverend Mr. Blanchard Five Thousand Rupees for One slight blow on the Face given to him
