On the Motion of Mr. Newman, Robert Dobinson, was proclaim’d, according to the Rule of this Court, for Proclamations being made three successive Mondays, instead of Proclamations in the Church which are directed in the Statute of in conformity to which the rue of this Court is intended to be as nearly as the Circumstances of this Country will admit. The purpose of the Proclamations is that of the Defendant does not appear, the Bill against him may be taken pro confesso. The Bill in this Cause is to fore-close a
