expectation of favour, or fear of resentment, Joynarain gave up his claim to a very considerable Debt, to which he insisted he was justly intituled, both in Law and Equity, and gave a General Release to Mr. Archdekin, by which he may have made himself liable to pay so much to the Children of Gocul Gosaul, out of Joynarain’s own fortune, when those Children come of Age to make the Demand.
