It is the office of all Suum cuique tribuere, to give to every Man his due – It is the Office of Civil Justice to give to each Man his due whether by contract or in satisfaction of such injuries as can be recompenced by Money.
Criminal Justice is the War of the Community against Offenders, and you Gentlemen are to take the first step.
