William Townshend Jones, One of the Attornies of this Court was Indicted at this Sessions for the Murder of
brother to his Durwan by Whipping him with an Horse Whip. On Wednesday Dec. 9th Mr. Jones surrender’d expecting to be then tried but the Prosecutor not being then ready, the trial could not come on, and Mr. Jones moved, to be admitted to bail. Sir Robert Chambers, Who was
