Mr. Davies, continued his argument and cited some Cases not before Cited, on which Mr. Burroughs insisted his right to be heard on those cases, and he was heard on them, but not on Mr. Davies argument in General.
Sir Robert Chambers, Pronounced the Unanimous Opinion of the Court that the rule should be made absolute, and that there should be an Injunction to stay all proceedings at Law, untill the hearing of the Cause in Equity, or further order.
He said the Court were not now call’d on to declare their opinion on many of the points which had been very ably argued at the
