In this Action which was to recover money won at a certain game common among Bengallees called Purbak.
It consists of taking up Coweries or Rupees out of a Heap and guessing even or odd, and he who guesses right wins.
It was not agreed, whether this was recoverable should be considered in arrest of Judgment.
The doubt is whether the Statute of 16 Charles 2nd does
