1790. First Sittings. [Monday] Feb. 22.

made between the Plaintiff and the Defendant but that Goddadur Nundee, who is no Servant neither of the Plaintiff nor of the Defendant bargain’d with the Plaintiff, and bought Cloths of him, to be paid for in Dutch Company’s Bonds which were then at twenty per Cent discount, and sold the same Cloths for ready money to the Dutch Company, by which Godadur Nundee expected to make to himself a profit of about Six per Cent.
The Cause went on to day untill three o’Clock and was then adjourn’d untill to morrow.
