Delivery, because if the Sales were not made before that time, Interest was to be paid from the end of Six Weeks.
Mr. Davies, Said that Interest was to be paid untill the Sales should be made, although months after the Bargain, but if the Sales were never to be made, then the Condition would be void, and the money would be due immediately.
Mr. Davies, Advocate for the Defendant, finding the Court were of Opinion against him, on his assertion that the Plaintiff had not made a Case which required an Answer, Proceeded to state the Defendant’s Case. He said no Bargain whatsoever was
