1790. First Sittings. [Wednesday] Feb. 24.

The Court were clearly of Opinion that it was proved by the Plaintiff’s Witnesses, although contrary to the Witnesses for the Defendant, that the Sale was to the Defendant Praun Chuckerbutty, and not to the Witness Goddadur, and that the payment was to be in Money and not, as the Defendant’s Witnesses said, in Dutch Company’s Bonds. The Court were of Opinion the Plaintiff should recover Interest from Six Weeks after the bargain was made, unto the fourth day of next Term.
Mr. Davies
