[Thursday] March. 4.
Plaintiff.
Argued in answer to the argument for a Non-Suit urged by Mr. Burroughs yesterday.
Mr. Burroughs has rightly inform’d the Court that the Action is by Sir Paul Jodrell alone and is not a Joint Action by him and his Wife, or by Miss Cummins, or by Miss Paulina Jodrell, and yet perhaps before I have done I may satisfy the Court that Sir Paul Jodrell has a right to recover Damages for the slander of all those parts of his family.
