7thly He objects that there is no direct allegation that the Libel charges Sir Paul Jodrell with Adultery, but only the crime of begetting a Bastard Child which is not actionable unless the Child is likely to become chargeable to the Parish, but the Libel by alledging Lady Jodrell fraudulently passed for the Mother of the Child begotten by Sir Paul Jodrell on Miss Cumings.
