An action on an Insurance Bond.
The Interest of the Plaintiff Mr. Bondfeild was in the Policy stated to be a Respondentia Interest on the Snow Assistance, and was in the Policy Valued at 1303 Current Rupees being the Principal and Interest on a Respondentia Bond bearing date the ninth of March.
In this cause the Policy of Insurance was admitted, and the loss of the Ship within the Terms of the Policy; but the payment was
disputed
