At the time of the Sale, and sold the Land by Public Action, and was himself both seller and buyer in his own name, or in some other.
Note. James Hennis had appeared to the Bill and answered, but Mr. Lawrence who was Advocate for all the other Defendants, was not Advocate for Hennis.
I suspect Hennis expects because Mr. Perkins his Attorney died about the 3rd day of this Term, that he shall sit aside the Decree made against him, for want of sufficient Notice. And that he hopes by that means to keep upward of a Thousand Rupees
