The Service on Hennis of the Subpeona to hear Judgment was proved by Affidavit.
The Answer of Hennis was received by the Clerk.
Mr. Davies stated that it was a very infamous Transaction on the part of Hennis, fraudulent in the commencement and now attempted to be supported by Gross Perjury.
The Cause adjourned till to morrow to read the Depositions.
