before I sign’d that confession but I knew the name of Indinarain lately, and not before I sign’d that confession. Indinarain never beat me. They were only a short time writing that confession. It was written in the same Hall where I was, and in my presence. When they sticking the nail in my thumb I said you may take down my examination or write what you will. Then they let me go and wrote my confession.
