I saw a Sercar who wrote the Paper, being order’d by Bindabun so to do, the Man who wrote that Paper I never saw at the Village. I am not sure whether I had or not seen him before, at the Village, for I did not observe him, nor do I know whether Indinarain is the Man who wrote it. Shakkershammy was a Witness, whether Indinarain was or not I do not remember. Two only subscribed as Witnesses in my Presence
