King upon their Oath present that Ramkissen of Calcutta Labourer, Ramah late of Calcutta Labourer, & Tooroo Raur of Calcutta, on the 28th day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred & ninety, and in the thirty first year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France & Ireland King Defender of the Faith & so forth, at the Twon & Factory of Fort William in the province of Bengal aforesaid, falsely subtilly & unlawfuly did solicite incite and persuade one Chundante, servant to Tulla Bye of Calcutta aforesaid secretly & clandestinely to take and imbezzle divers Goods & Chattels of the said Tulla and to give & deliver such Goods and Chattels to them the said Ramkissen, Ramah and Tooroo, and that the said Ramkissen, Ramah and Tooroo afterwards to wit the said 28th day of November in the year aforesaid at the Town of Calcutta & Factory of Fort William in the province aforesaid, one pair of Gold Ornaments for the Wrists called Pounchies, of the value of five pounds of lawful money of Great Gritain, One Gold Ring of the value of twenty shillings of like manner, One paif of silver Ornaments for the Wrists called Pounchees of the value of twenty shillings of like money, and two pieces of Cloth of the value of two shillings of like money, of the Goods & Chattels of the said Tullah by the said Chundanee then lately before on the same day and year above mentioned by the Solicitation
