Incitement and Persuasion of the said Ramkissen Ramah, and Tooroo Taken & embezzled then & there falsely knowingly subtilly and unlawfully did receive obtain & have of and from the said Tulla to the evil Example of all others in the like case offending and against the peace of our said Lord the King his Crown & Dignity. And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do further present that thee said Ramkissen, Ramah & Tooroo are persons respectively subject to the Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Judicature at Fort William in Bengal by having committed the offence aforesaid within the Town of Calcutta & Factory of Fort William in the province aforesaid.

The three prisoners, being arraigned on this indictment, plead Not Guilty, and thereupon a Jury is sworn to try them consisting of these gentlemen.
