On Exh: No 3. 16000 SR were pd by our house. From the Exhib: itself it appears to be Calc: Currt Rs but Plfs’ advocate admits that phrase to mean Sicca.
See his cross examin— in which an accot is given of a convers— which Deft had wth Siama Lall & Mohun Sing in the Wts’s presence.
Wts proves Exhibs No 4, 5, 6, 7 to be of Deft’s handwriting.

On motion of an Advoc: for Plfs, & with consent of Mr. Ja. Dunkin for Deft it is ordered that the Bengal Papers No 5 to 24 inclusive, be delivered by the Clerks of the papers to Mr. Hickey for the purpose of getting transl—s made; but with liberty for the Sercar or agent of the Deft to inspect them while in his hands.
