the Zemindars in Paats (Notes of Hand) & Maunuts (obligatory notes) for the Revenues – On the Articles Imported by the Zemundaurs & others, you will take a Batta of four anahs per Cent over & above the Bazar Rate, and you will take Eight anahs per Cent as Paatwaun (is Commission on Parts) you have no concern with any thing inclusive of these – After deducting the Charges of the Kothee whatever Profit remains you are to receive a half of.
The Balance which shall remain due by the Zemindars on account of the above concern, on your bringing them to make a Personal adknolwedgement thereof, I will pay the same, you have nothing to do with that, To this agreement, I give this Deed of Agreement Date the 9th of Assar the above year.
